Our background
Devoted Runners who shamelessly promote the sport, Rachel and John followed different running paths.
Rachel began running Marathons in 2001. In 2017, Rachel finished as the third female overall in the Space Coast Marathon in Cocoa Beach FL. She has completed 21 marathons and countless 5K, 10K and half marathons. A fierce competitor, Rachel can run with the best.
John returned to running in 2009 and has completed over 250 races. His best 5K was a 22:10 in 2015. He enjoys challenge races with mixed results but is always pushing to improve.
Together, Rachel and John formed Foot Loose Running to promote the sport in Eastern Collier County and the surrounding area. The idea is to get folks moving--running or walking in a fun atmosphere.
