The 2026 Foot Loose Fitness Challenge

 

We all start the New Year with great intentions and expectations.  Exercise goals are high on New Year’s Day and quickly fade by the end of the month making it hard to start/improve on a routine.  Here at Foot Loose Running, we want to help you succeed in 2026! 

Take the Resolution Run challenge!  Run (or walk) on our January 3rd race and mark your time.  Keep your routine going and run (or walk) again on January 31 with our Xavier’s Run Memorial 5K and measure your improvement.  By keeping the fitness goal short term and focused, you will build the routine you are looking for!
